Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer trays in other sizes?

We currently offer three sizes of trays that ice carvers need most often. We’re looking at adding other sizes based on market needs. Let us know what you need, and we’ll see if we can source it with the same quality and favorable pricing we use.

Will the batteries in your light bar last during my entire event?

Yes. Our light bars include four AAA batteries in order to provide enough power for the lights to remain bright throughout your entire event. We know how frustrating it is when your lights begin dimming before the event ends and know how unhappy that can leave your customers.

How fast will my order ship?

We ship via UPS every Tuesday and Thursday in order to maintain the low shipping rates while still meeting the needs of weekend-driven ice carvers. If you have an urgent need though, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.

How high are the walls on your trays?

Our trays feature 3″ walls to allow for more melt without overflow at during your events. We want to help you look professional with this feature.

Why should I use foam risers?

Elevating your sculpture on a foam riser provides multiple benefits.

First, this gives you space to place a light beneath the sculpture. Our foam risers include a center cutout for a light bar making it simple for you to position the light and ensuring that the light stays put during the event. Center placement enables the light to create the best sparkle effect.

Second, the foam riser provides a thermal barrier between your ice sculpture and the table, counter or flooring beneath it. This can be especially helpful at outdoor events where tables may hold heat.

Are light bars available in other colors?

We currently offer light bars with white or blue bulbs. We’re open to expanding that line based on market needs so let us know what you need

In the meantime, here’s a cost-effective approach for creating different colors. Combine a white light bar with gels in the color you need. Gels are colored cellophane that can be sourced from staging or lighting companies in your area.
